Return Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy for all unused products. If you need to return an item, please email us at Hello@bbbsupplies.com with your order number, reason for returning and a picture of the product you would like to return. We will respond with your return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage. We recommend returning via a trackable method and with insurance.
Once we receive your item, a full/partial refund will be issued based on merchandise returned. We apologize but we do not currently offer exchanges. It makes a mess of our special inventory system.
For situations of damage/detective or incorrect quantity/style, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the received package and items. We will make it right! Always!
In instances where you tried/used the product. If you are not happy or it did not work best on your particular application, please still reach out to use directly at hello@bbbsupplies.com. While we only receive returns on unused items, sometimes, based on the circumstance and solely upon BBB Supplies discretion, we may allow for a one time approval for a return. We can often times put used tape to good use on our social media or a destash lot. Ultimately, our goal is happy customers
Shipping Policy
BBB Supplies wants to make your purchases with us smooth and easy! We use USPS as our shipping service domestically and internationally. Most orders arrive quickly and smoothly - check our reviews! However, the shipping times provided are estimates only. There are many factors that are out of our control such as local customs clearance, unfavorable weather conditions, the Pandemic, and Holiday/peak times can cause shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do everything we can within OUR power to get your items to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing Time
Please note order processing time is different than transit time. It is approximately 1 to 5 business days for us to receive, package and drop your order at the post office. We are proudly a small business, we have limited staff. Processing time can also be affected by the stock status, the time of the year and national holidays. Please calculate the processing time with transit time into overall shipping times.
Promotions and Sales
All sales are final on any item that you received more than 30% discount on. Our promotions and sales are limited in nature, so we do not offer refunds, returns, and or exchanges for orders made when on sale above that level. If you encounter any problems with your sale item, please do reach us at hello@bbbsupplies.com for any questions or inquiries.
Customs Fee
In some countries, duties and taxes are required to be paid before the goods are released from customs. Customs fees are sole the responsibility of the customer. BBB Supplies does not offer refunds or returns under circumstances where customs fees are not paid by the customer and orders are not cleared. Please note, in rare instances, custom agents may delay the release of orders at their discretion.

Delivery Error
In instances where delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete or recipients aren't available for pickup, it is the buyer's responsibility to provide us the correct and complete address. You will incur any additional re-delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BBB Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When you check out, you are given the option to purchase insurance. If you declined the insurance, there is nothing we can do to help you. YOU MUST PURCHASE INSURANCE. USPS is the shipping service, not BBB Supplies, they are responsible for the delivery of your goods. However, many people do not know that USPS does not guarantee delivery of your mail unless you have insurance. Absurd we know, but that is their policies.
