Sleep Tracker - Wednesday Washi Tip
You can use this tracker style for many purposes, but I personally use it in my Journal to keep track of my sleep pattern. This way by the end of the month, I have a Birdseye view of my entire month. That way I can look at any habits I need to adjust, make sure I am sticking to my Arcadian rhythms, and reflect on my bedtime rituals and make any adjustments or changes. We all know sleep is one of the most important factors in our health and wellness.
