The Reason Why We Track is to Grow
This quote perfectly captures the transformative power of a habit tracking journey. Through habit tracking, we're not just chasing accomplishments, but we're also evolving into the best versions of ourselves. The true reward lies not only in ticking off those boxes (which is a reward in itself for some of us 🙋🏻♀️) but in the person we become throughout the process. As we track our habits, we cultivate discipline and self-awareness.
Habit tracking is as basic as:
👉Set a goal.
✍️write it down.
👍Check in each day.
👊And just keep at it.
🙌 Don’t look for perfection in your habit tracker, use it for motivation. And remember the reason why we habit track… to GROW!
It’s almost been 30 days since my first habit tracking post. (Can you believe it?!?… Where did June go?!)
I am all about celebrating every small step forward. If you started with me, we are almost 30 days in on setting those habits!! 👏👏👏
If you did not start with me, the great news, is it’s never too late to start a habit tracker. You can download our free habit tracker now, and start right away. (Saturday brings a brand new month if you want to line up with your monthly planner.) For those who did track with me in June, pick a new habit and let’s GOOOO!!!
What are some habits you set in June? I would love to hear any wins you guys had!
What are some new habits you plan to do next month?
I am actually adding a surprising one for me to my July tracker. I am not much of a reader when it comes to fiction books.📖 I have two friends who recommended a series that they thought I would enjoy and stick to, so I am going to start a 30 day reading habit tracker. Remember those habits can be ANYTHING! 🤍✨
