One of my favorite things about washi tape is that it is so versatile. With all the colors, patterns, and sizes, no two bookmarks will ever look a like. These bookmarks are not only easy to craft but also an effortless way to infuse your life with JOY by adding a little color and pattern in a daily task. Plus, thanks to the trusty paperclips, these bookmarks will never fall out and will securely save your pages, even if that book has been on the shelf for years.
Here are a few inspiring ways to use these bookmarks:
📙Mark your favorite recipes for quick access in your cookbook
📕Flag pages in a magazine to revisit home decor inspo ideas
📘Use them to mark your page in your current nighttime read
📒Utilize them to flag meaningful scriptures in your Bible study
📗Highlight essential study notes in your textbooks
📓Attach loose notes, business cards, or appointments to your journal in style.
Here is our video on unique ways to edge washi tape to give you a few ideas to make them unique:
You can place the washi on the top or side of paperclip, depending on the width of washi (5-7MM work great if you need a top tab)
Now, I’m curious: What unique and creative ways can you come up with to use these handy little paperclip bookmarks? I hope you found this Washi DIY project both enjoyable and practical. Don’t forget to tag us if you give it a try! AND Be sure to follow us for more joyful washi tips & tricks!
